Yes, the points you collect will expire 12 months from the day you collect them. Important Note: If your spending decreases and your total points fall below the tier threshold during the rolling 12-month period, you will be moved to a lower tier.

Tiers are based on the total points collected, so using points will not cause MyFenwick customers to drop tiers. However, customers can drop tiers in the following situations:

• If they return products, the points refunded are deducted from their total. If this deduction lowers their points below a tier threshold, they will drop a tier.
• If they are inactive for 12 months.
