Christmas is a time for cherished traditions, and Santa on the Roof is one of ours. Each year, our snowy rooftop transforms with a fresh, festive theme, ready to welcome you from Monday 3rd November to Wednesday 24th December 2025. Meet Santa, his merry elves, and create unforgettable memories.  

Tickets are £25 per person, but this year, why not make it extra special? Gather your loved ones and book an exclusive slot for up to six people for £120, a saving of £30 on booking 6 tickets individually. It’s the perfect way to enjoy this magical experience together.

Your journey begins in Fenwick Newcastle at the Third Floor entrance, where Santa’s elves will greet you and whisk you away in the Express Elevator to the rooftop.   

At the top, sleeping polar bears and a magical snowy scene will set the festive mood, while a delightful singalong will guide you to a very special place; Santa’s cosy cabin. Here, the man himself will be waiting to hear your Christmas wishes, so don’t forget to check your list twice!   

From there, it’s off to Santa’s workshop for some festive crafting fun with the elves, where you will also receive your very own reindeer to decorate.   

After all that excitement, take a well-deserved break at Café Claus. Parents can indulge in complimentary mulled wine, spiced apple juice, or a rich hot chocolate, paired with a classic mince pie. Little ones can enjoy a hot chocolate or juice, plus a Christmas cupcake (gluten and dairy-free options available).

Due to incredibly high demand for tickets, this year, we are running a pre-registration process to access the Santa on the Roof ticket sale. Please note, pre-registration will be open to MyFenwick Loyalty members only. • Pre- Registration Opens to MyFenwick members: 10am, Monday 22nd September   
• Pre-Registration Closes: 11:59pm, Monday 29th September   
• Successful Applicants Notified: Wednesday 1st October 
• Ticket Sale Opens to Successful Applicants only: Wednesday 8th October

1. Join MyFenwick: Sign up to MyFenwick Loyalty online or in store (if you are already signed up – skip this step)  
2. Pre-Registration: MyFenwick Loyalty members will be sent a personal link via email to register. Complete the registration form with your details upon receiving. You’ll receive an email confirming your submission. Only one entry per email address is allowed.   
3. Authentication: Click the link in your confirmation email to authenticate your registration.   
4. Selection: A limited number of registrants will be randomly selected by a third party to access the ticket sale. Successful applicants will receive a unique purchase link via email.    

• You must be signed up to MyFenwick Loyalty to pre-register for Santa on the Roof. 
• Pre-registration does not guarantee access to tickets.   
• Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.   
• Customers not selected will be placed on a waiting list and may be invited to purchase tickets if additional slots become available.
