1. Once you have successfully registered, you can use MyFenwick when shopping on www.fenwick.co.uk and when shopping in Fenwick stores. 
2. We will send you a virtual MyFenwick card that you can add to your Apple or Google Wallet. When shopping in-store, show your virtual card at checkout and points will be added to your account and will be available for use within 15 days of the date of purchase.  
3. When shopping online, log in to your account before placing your order and points will be added and will be ready to use within 15 days of the date of purchase. 
4. At our discretion, if we identify that you hold two or more MyFenwick accounts, we may merge them into one account or cancel one or all of them.

6. Fenwick may terminate a member’s MyFenwick account if it considers the member to have breached the MyFenwick terms and conditions or be misusing the scheme. 

1. Points can be collected on purchases made online or in Fenwick stores (subject to any exclusions or restrictions set out in these Terms and Conditions).
2. Additional points can be collected around your birthday (for Silver and Gold tier members) and Fenwick may from time to time offer promotions with point rewards. You may also collect points for taking part in specific events and activities. Please visit Ways to Earn (found here) for more details of ways to earn points, such as 100 points for signing up, 35 points for completing your MyFenwick Loyalty profile. 
3. Points shall only be awarded on the total amount spent after any and all discounts or offers are applied, and shall be calculated using the tier (green, silver or gold) you have reached at the time of purchase.  
4. From 10am on Friday 28th November, points will be automatically credited to your MyFenwick Loyalty account and available for use*.
5. Your account balance will be visible in your online MyFenwick account. This will also display details of how much you need to spend to move up to the next tier. 
6. Points shall be available for use for a period of 12 months from the date on which they were acquired (being the date on which you made the relevant purchase, or completed the relevant activity). If points have not been redeemed within these 12 months, they will expire and will be deducted from your MyFenwick account.  
7. You can redeem your points against any future purchases (excluding the purchase of gift vouchers). When making an online purchase you will be notified of the points available in your MyFenwick account for redemption and will be given the opportunity to redeem them against that purchase. In store, our members of staff will notify you of the points available in your MyFenwick account for redemption and give you the opportunity to redeem them against that purchase. 
8. Points shall be deducted from your account in the event of a refund. If this deduction lowers your point balance below a tier threshold you will drop a tier. Likewise, if points have already been redeemed and you have a nil balance when the deduction takes place, this will result in a deficit on your account. 

Exclusions, Limitations and Restrictions  

1. Purchases made in restaurants or in-store services are not included in the MyFenwick scheme and customers will not be able to collect points on purchases in these areas.  
2. Customers purchasing furniture items eligible for home delivery will be able to collect points on their purchases in the same manner as set out above, but points will be made available within 15 days from the date of delivery of the order and not from the date of purchase. If a home delivery order is delivered in instalments, points will be made available no later than 15 days from the date of the final delivery instalment.
3. Gift vouchers may not be purchased using Loyalty points, either instore or online.

6. The MyFenwick Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. This means that in the event any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with the MyFenwick Terms and Condition (including non-contractual disputes or claims), will be governed by English law. You may bring legal proceedings in English courts. If you live in Scotland, you may bring legal proceedings in respect of the product(s) in either the Scottish or the English courts. 8. Samsung is offering a promotion (the “Promotion”) whereby
Participants will be eligible to claim a cashback reward with a value of
between 10% - 20% of the purchase price (shown on the receipt or proof of

8. Participants must
register for or login to a Samsung Account when they submit their Claim.

9. Rewards shall be paid by bank transfer and Participants must have a
valid bank account in GBP (with details exactly matching their personal
information or the business information entered on the Claim form) in order to

10. Purchases
from auction websites (e.g. eBay) or from third party sellers on online
retailers’ websites (e.g. Amazon Marketplace) and non-Samsung approved
resellers (non-direct accounts) are specifically excluded from this Promotion.
Purchases from Amazon.co.uk must be sold and dispatched by Amazon UK directly,
not Amazon EU or other non-UK branches.

Claims  

11. After purchasing a Promotion Product from a Participating Retailer
during the Promotion Period, Participants (who are
required to have a Samsung Account) must visit https://samsungoffers.claims/20yearsUK, complete the Claim form with their name, contact information, email
and postal address, and bank account details along with any other requested
information and submit it together with scanned copies of their proofs of
purchase showing their purchase of one or more Promotion Products (a “Claim”).
Participants will be required to upload an image of the serial number from the
settings screen of the Promotion Product (rather than the packaging).

12. Claims may only be
submitted within thirty (30) to sixty (60) days after the Participant’s
purchase of the relevant Promotion Product (the “Claim Period”). This means the final Claim date for Promotion Products
purchased on the 16th June 2026 as the end date of the
Promotion Period is no later than 23:59 (BST) on the 15th August 2026. Claims received after the close of the Claim Period will not be
eligible for any Reward.

13. Participants registered at the same residential address are entitled to
submit a maximum of five (5) Claims and Company Participants are may submit up
to ten (10) Claims per business, in all cases with each Claim corresponding to

14. Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been
received by the Promoter instantly upon entry of a Claim. Providing that the Claim is found to be valid in accordance with these Promotion Terms, Participants will be sent an email within seven (7) days to
confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated (“Claim
Validation”).

15. If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter’s customer service team by email at 20years@samsungoffers.claims or by phone on 0330 551 3653 within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.

16. If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the Participant
will be notified via email and SMS and offered the opportunity to provide the
required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received within
seven (7) days of the email and SMS, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid
and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.

17. Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No
responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.

18. The Reward will be paid by bank transfer within thirty (30) days of
Claim Validation to the bank account provided by the Participant during the
Claim process.

19. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify
Claims which it considers do not comply with these Promotion Terms.

20. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all
such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid
Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to
proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age and other relevant details of a
Participant. In the event your information is linked to fraudulent claims or
abuse of terms and conditions on previous promotions you will be unable to
participate in this Promotion and your Claim will be rejected.

21. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product before submitting a Claim, the Participant must not make a Claim. Privacy and Data Protection

24. Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the details and

the Reward will not be used for any other purpose, nor shall they be passed to
any third party.

General   

25. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion
whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.

26. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance
with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and
