13.3 Any delay or failure by us to exercise any right we may have under these Terms is not a waiver by us of that right. So even if we delay in enforcing that right, we can still enforce it later.

13.4 These Terms are governed by English law. This means that any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims), will be governed by English law. You may bring legal proceedings in English courts. If you live in Scotland, you may bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you may bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.

14.1 If an item is found in-store, it will be kept in secure storage for a short period of time. Contact the store and ask to speak with relevant department listed below. You will need to provide a time, date and detailed description of the lost item.
