As Aery explain, scent is your shortcut to serenity. "Aromatherapy invites you to slow down, embrace the present, and create a mindful space where calm and clarity can thrive," they share. What makes scent so powerful? It's all in the science – fragrances connect directly to your limbic system, the part of your brain that processes emotions. "When you're breathing in soothing lavender, you're essentially giving your mind a comforting hug."
