Create a quick smoky eye easily, with its built-in smudge backstage tip. Draw the line close to the roots of the lashes, and use the smudger to blend lightly. For an ultra-glamorous look, extend the pencil eyeliner slightly beyond the outer corner of the eyes or use the smudger to transform it into a smokey eyeliner. Tip: Prime the eye with Prima Eye & Lip Contour Perfector. Apply Eye Tint liquid eyeshadow over the eyelid. Sharpen the pencil before using for a precise line. Always apply as close to the lashes as possible. Complete the eye make up with Eccentrico Mascara for full volume.
