    Our Packaging


    Here at Fenwick, we take great pride in how we deliver our products, ensuring that every delivery is handpicked and packed with care. We’re also committed to sustainability and reducing our impact on the environment through the packaging we use. That’s why we’d like to let you know if our packaging has travelled far, if it has been manufactured from recycled materials, and exactly which parts of a Fenwick delivery you can recycle after you’ve enjoyed the goods inside.

    The Packaging
    Type of packaging Is it made from recycled materials? Can it be recycled?
    Boxes Our eCommerce boxes are manufactured in the UK and are crafted from approximately 80% recycled materials. Yes, widely recycled with cardboard and paper.
    Polythene Bags Our new polythene bags are made in the UK. Yes, our mailing bags are fully recyclable.
    Inside the Package
    Type of packaging Is it made from recycled materials? Can it be recycled?
    Tissue Paper Our tissue paper is made from 20% recycled materials. Yes, it is fully recyclable.
    Stickers Our stickers come from a UK supplier of woodfree paper. We recommend recycling your paper-based stickers. Due to the adhesive coating, please check with your local recycling provision.
    Non-returnable tag Our non-returnable tags are made in the UK. Yes, fully recyclable with cardboard and paper.
    Air Shock Packaging (used for bottles and other fragile items). Our air shock packaging is manufactured in the UK. Yes, they can be deflated after use and are widely recycled. Please check with your local recycling provision or council.
    Returns Slip/ despatch note Our despatch notes are made with sustainable, FSC/PEFC accredited paper. Yes, the returns slip and envelope are fully recyclable and biodegradable.
    Brown Paper Our brown paper is made from 100% recycled paper. Yes, our brown paper is fully recyclable with cardboard and paper.
