This is a typical concentrated and aromatic Sauvigon Blanc from Central Otago, the nose is a fruit cocktail of aromas including white pear, passionfruit and melon. Intense passionfruit, citrus, grass and gooseberry explode on the palate leading to a lovely rich, textured and dry finish.
