Where there is accidental damage, obvious product misuse (including use in a non-domestic setting) or product abuse.

Where there is natural wear and tear, including but not limited to, scratches, chips or indentations to surface finishes.

In respect of outdoor furniture, fading, cracking, and splitting of timber, due to the natural ageing process caused by exposure to adverse moisture, heat or sunlight.

Valid on any Sunday, for any car park within Newcastle Upon Tyne (with a maximum charge of £5) with proof of receipt at the qualifying amount. The qualifying amount can be spent in a single transaction or across multiple transactions throughout the Newcastle store and all in store cafés and restaurants within a single day. Date of transaction(s) must be a Sunday and the same date as any date shown on your parking voucher. If your parking charge is less than the maximum amount, Fenwick will reimburse you the lesser amount. Refund must be claimed on the same day as the qualifying transactions. Offer available from 19 May 2023 and cannot be redeemed retrospectively. All gift cards and e-gift cards are issued by Fenwick Limited and may be used in any Fenwick store (including any Fuego and Mason + Rye restaurants) or online at www.fenwick.co.uk, as part or full payment for goods (exclusions apply – see below). To use an e-gift card online simply enter the card and PIN number provided with the e-gift card, alternatively e-gift cards can be used instore too by presenting the barcode in the e-gift card email at the till point.

The minimum amount to activate a gift card or e-gift card is £1 and the maximum card value is £1,000. Please protect the gift card or e-gift card and treat it as cash as the balance cannot be returned to you if it is lost, stolen or damaged. The value on the gift card or e-gift card cannot be resold and cannot be exchanged for cash.
