THE SLEEPWEAR COLLECTION

New to Fenwick at Home, let us introduce you to The Sleepwear Collection consisting of two refined lines to ease you into a state of pure relaxation. The Canterbury cotton pyjamas are handcrafted by Tuscany’s textile artisans and feature modern piping detail. They are so artfully cut and beautifully made that you could quite respectably lounge in them all day long.

Late this year, we will be unveiling the Elswick jersey robe and night dress. Soft and supple cotton jersey is chosen for its beautiful feel against the skin, cut to flatter and finished to the highest quality by our favourite Tuscan textile artisans.

Our suppliers approach is tailored to each project. "With the support of a stylist consultant, we ensure that Fenwick receive a tailored, complex and precise approach to product development, meaning all individual fabrication and accessories are bespoke to them" they explain.

"We use biodegradable, natural fabric and the factory is a local artisan where all phases of manufacturing take place. By working with us, Fenwick helps the local economy."

THE HOME ACCESSORIES COLLECTION

Sometimes its the small touches that create the biggest impact. Our new Yorkshire Woollen Throws are made from purest wool, woven at a British mill with almost 200 years of experience – so they’ve perfected the cosiness you need while the British wind wails and rain lashes.

Our supplier has been working with wool since 1837 and are one of the last remaining vertical woollen mills in Great Britain, with a reputation for consistent quality and innovative design. "Our company is still family-owned and is a proud champion of British-made apparel garments and home and interior products" they explain.

"All the products that we make are manufactured in the UK within the heart of Yorkshire. Our inspiration comes from the surrounding landscape and culture."

"Within our factory, we make extra efforts to be a more sustainable business every day. Wool is of course a 100% natural, renewable and biodegradable fibre, which when combined with our commitments to zero waste, recycling and solar energy creates a product of the highest ethical quality."

"Our international network of Wool growers is annually audited under several criteria, covering areas such as animal welfare, land management and social impact. Whilst the majority of this is completed by an external accredited body, we’re always keen to visit the source and see the quality work with our own eyes! We source the vast majority of wool from mulesing-free countries including New Zealand, South Africa and the UK. We have initiated practices on the production line to move towards a zero-waste model of manufacturing."

Our Sheepskin Hot Water Bottle is back too; this year in a new earthy Mole colourway to sit alongside our original sell-out Cloud version. The secret to how we got our sheepskin quite so cosy lies in its makers’ four generations of expertise. Pelts otherwise deemed waste are rigorously, ethically sourced from around the world, before being carefully treated using eco-tanning, a process which uses 67% less chemicals and 30% less water – so your conscience will be as clean as your toes are toasty.

The family-run supplier started working with sheepskin in 1978. "Combining the highest quality sheepskins with modern manufacturing techniques and ethical Global sourcing ensures that we remain a sustainable by-product of the meat industry."

"We support eco-friendly practices using eco-tanning, a process which uses 67% less chemicals, 30% less water and all chemicals are fully recyclable. We are also a member of The Real Sheepskin Association part of Leather UK and our products carry the Sheepskin Woolmark, Australian Sheepskin and Eco-Tan certification."

Another new addition is our Faux Fur cushions, to compliment our best selling Faux Fur throws;Exceptionally made, incredibly beautiful and unbelievably stroke-able, our faux fur cushion is duck feather filled for warmth. Perfect to gift – or receive.
