• 1 x Fenwick Gin - 70cl. Never one to settle, least of all when it comes to Gin, our Northumbrian Gin is distilled to our own exacting standards. ​To a London dry gin base, we add botanicals, including juniper, corriander, angelica root, citrus peel and cacao nibs, resulting in a spirited gin that’s full of northern soul.​ To Enjoy: Perfect in a gin fizz, a martini, or partnered with a quality tonic and a twist.​ 40% ABV.
• 1 x Two Swallows Citrus and Salted Caramel Rum - 70cl. Two Swallows takes the ingredients commonly seen in Colas and uses these as the key spicing notes that delivers a spirit where creamy sweet caramel is balanced by a pinch of rock salt along with candied lemon and orange peel, along with cooking spices and fiery ginger. 38% ABV.
• 1 x Hepple Sloe & Hawthorn Gin - 50cl. Hepple Sloe and Hawthorn Gin is an unusually, full, intense and dry take on the conventional Sloe Gin. Built for bar professionals and cocktail lovers, flavours have been captured more faithfully than normally possible through our pioneering Triple Technique. 30% ABV.
• 1 x Balvenie Double Wood - 20cl. Double Wood 12 was launched in 1993, using a process designed by our Malt Master David Stewart in 1982, now commonly known as 'wood finishing'. The Balvenie Double Wood single malt whisky gains its distinctive character from being matured in two different wood types. 40% ABV.
• 1 x The Norfolk PX Mixed Spirit Drink - 50cl. These casks are full of beautiful rich dark sherry before we take delivery, so they decided to take the sherry as well as it is too lovely to leave behind. A delicious marry of the finest Pedro Ximenez sherry with our own Single Malt Whisky. 20% ABV.
• 1 x Glenmorangie 10Yr Old Whisky - 35cl. A half bottle of 10 year old Glenmorangie. Original is great value for money, one of our favourite "core" distillery bottlings. Very fruity and thick. Rich notes of lemon, nectarine and apple. Spices. 40% ABV.
