Spain - Organic Macabeo ABV 12% - On the nose, there are fragrant aromas of apple, pear and quince. On the palate, it is soft and fruity with a lifted finish. Italy - Alpha Zeta, Terrapieno Pinot Grigio ABV 12.5% - The nose gives way to lovely weight and a silky texture on the palate, with hints of dried herbs. The wine finishes dry with a zesty acidity and a saline minerality on the finish.
