Heal's orders of furniture and other bulks items are delivered using their specialist delivery service and there is a fixed £79.00 fee. When your order is available to deliver, Heal's delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange a convenient date.
In most cases they will offer you a date within 14 days of your order being available. Please note that this applies to deliveries to UK mainland postcodes only.

We offer FREE returns within 14 days from the day you purchased your item in-store or you received or collected your online order. Exceptions do apply, for hygiene and health reasons we unfortunately cannot accept returns on all items. Find out more here
