The inspiration behind the menu is the food that’s cooked and eaten outside so expect fresh and punchy flavours from our charcoal oven and grill. Start with an amazing appetiser such as Charcoal-roasted leeks, pistachio romesco or Burrata, broad bean & Amalfi lemon salsa. For mains, will you go for the Monkfish on the bone, charred broccoli with warm tartare sauce or the Flat iron steak, grilled asparagus with black truffle hollandaise?
