Matte but never flat, a lipstick with an extremely comfortable texture delivering vibrant matte colours with a modern velvety finish. Its buildable formula allows for precision and control in application to achieve defined lips in either a longwearing tint or intense velvety matte finish in full colour effect. Thanks to a balanced mix of waxes, the formula has been created to enhance the volume of the lips and glide on with high spreadability to achieve the perfect lips contour. Matte Velour delivers a highly pigmented non-dry film for a long-lasting matte but extremely comfortable finish.

How to Use

For a longwearing stain, lightly dab Matte Velour lipstick in the centre and blend outwards with your finger or a lip brush. For a full-on long-lasting transfer-proof colour that won’t smudge, apply Matte Velour lipstick directly onto the lips by tracing colour in the centre and along the outline of the mouth. Blot lips together and apply a second layer for a velvety full-colour effect.
