We reopened our doors on 15th June 2020, and it has been lovely to welcome you all back. We have put a number of measures in place to keep our customers and colleagues safe. Reopening FAQs

When will the store be reopening?

We reopened our doors on 15th June 2020.

Will all Fenwick stores be reopening?

Yes, all Fenwick stores reopened at the same time in accordance to government guidance.

What are the opening hours of the Kingston store?

We have reopened with slightly reduced opening times. The revised hours are:

Monday to Saturday: 10am - 6pm

Sunday: 11am - 5pm

Which entrance can I use?

Please use the ground floor Bentall Centre Door for entry and exit to the store. If you’re driving to our store, you can use the Car Park Bridge link 2nd floor for entry and exit. To enter the car park, use the Seven kings car park doors for your entry. All other doors are closed. We have mapped out a clear one way journey through the store to keep you safe. We will also be monitoring the amount of people coming in and out to prevent our stores from becoming too crowded.

Is all of the store open?

Yes, all floors of our Kingston store are open for you to browse.

Will the toilets be open?

Compliant with social distancing measures, we have opened some toilets for customer use. Our toilets will be cleaned on an hourly basis and we will provide hand soap and hand sanitiser for customers and colleagues.

Will I be able to return items?

Yes. You’ll find our returns desk on the second floor in the bedding department. Our returns policy will remain as 28 days for any items purchased from the store from the date of re-opening. We understand that you may want to return an item that you purchased before lockdown so we will accept returns for items bought from 21st February onwards for 28 days from the day of re-opening.

Will the changing rooms be open?

Unfortunately, our changing rooms are not open. However, we encourage you to try your garments on at home and return them in store within 28 days if they’re not quite right.

How will I shop for larger items such as those in the furniture and prams department?

We’ll be operating a no touch policy for the safety of all of our customers. Our colleagues will be on hand to advise and demonstrate the product if needed and will wipe it down afterwards.

What services will be running?

To comply with government guidelines, our normal in store services will not be running. This includes personal shopping, all beauty services and beauty treatment rooms.

Will your restaurants be open?

We’re excited to be opening both our Café Nero and THREE Restaurant on 9th July. We hope to open our other restaurants in due course. Please note, we will be opening with a slightly reduced menu but hope to have this back to normal as soon as possible. We have set out the restaurants to allow for 1 metre of social distancing between groups and we will ask customers to sanitise their hands upon entry to the restaurant. Our colleagues will be wearing the appropriate PPE however it is up to the customer whether they choose to wear a face mask.

Will you be offering a NHS discount?

We are offering a NHS discount of 10% off all purchases made in-store only from Monday 15th June to Tuesday 14th July 2020. Please show your NHS staff ID when making your purchase at any till point.

Will I be able to park?

Yes, normal car parking is in operation.

Are you doing furniture deliveries and delivery of large items?

Working with our delivery specialists, we are currently able to offer a delivery service to the room of your choice or, if you prefer, delivery to your doorstep. Due to COVID-19, our home deliveries will be carried out slightly differently to ensure the safety of yourselves and the delivery drivers. They will be provided with PPE and hand sanitiser whilst regular cleaning of the vans and equipment will be carried out. We would like to make sure that we are following the two metre social distancing measures and ask that customers stand outside their home whilst the delivery specialists are inside.
