Our magical lunar experience will take you to the moon and back. Explore the stars and take your Christmas traditions to delightful new heights with our Kielder experience as the big man himself returns to the Fenwick Newcastle Rooftop on 5 December. You, alongside some of Kielder's finest astronomers, will have the opportunity to observe the moon and the stars from atop our Newcastle store.

From 4.30 - 7pm, Santa Claus invites all good children (and equally well-behaved parents) to join him for a truly enchanting and immersive seasonal experience.

Not only will you meet Father Christmas on top of our incredibly festive flagship store, but you will also be able to explore his magical Cabin following a visit to café Claus, you will be able to gaze at the moon and stars.

###### **What to expect** On arrival at the Third Floor entrance, you will be greeted by one of Santa's Elves and taken in Santa's Express Elevator to begin your magical rooftop experience. As you enter the rooftop, you'll be welcomed by Santa's singing reindeer before jumping inside a safely parked elf-mobile. You'll then be taken into Santa's Cabin, where you'll meet the big man himself inside our magical grotto. Guests will then help his mischievous elves with a spot of crafting by decorating a bespoke ceramic plate to take home, ready to top with Christmas Eve treats for Santa – plus a carrot for Rudolph, of course. After all that festive fun, you'll take a well-earned pitstop at Café Claus, where parents will be offered hot chocolate, mulled wine or spiced apple juice plus mince pies, and little ones can enjoy a hot chocolate plus a sweet treat (alternatives will be available including gluten-free and dairy-free options). On leaving Café Claus, families can pause to admire an unrivalled view of the Newcastle skyline. Using high-powered telescopes, you will have the chance to observe the moon and stars first-hand with the assistance of some of Kielder's finest astronomers before heading back inside the building where they can sit inside Santa's sleigh – the perfect opportunity to snap one last 'Elfie' - before returning back to our Third Floor.

###### **Tickets** Every attendee must purchase a ticket, under 2's go free. *Tickets will be available to purchase at 10am on Thursday 13th October.

###### **Term & Conditions** Both Adult and Children's tickets are £25 each. Every guest must purchase a ticket. Children under 2 go free. On the day, please bring your printed tickets or have them available to view on your smartphone, together with a form of identification. Entire experience will take 45 minutes - 1 hour.
