After enjoying a glass of fizz on arrival*, you will be treated to demonstrations of a selection of dishes, plus generous samples! Kevin and Lee will be teaching their timeless techniques and passing on Rafi’s wisdom - along with plenty of witty anecdotes. This will be a completely immersive demonstration, offering plenty of opportunities to ask questions and time for one-to-one discussion with the team.
