Maison Mirabeau was founded by British couple Stephen and Jeany Cronk who boldly exchanged their London life for the rural setting in the South of France. Armed with big ambitions to make a world-class rosé wine, but willing to challenge established wisdom, they created one of the world’s most loved rosé brands.

Their passion for Provence and its iconic rosé wines is what makes Maison Mirabeau an exceptional drink of choice. Renowned for excellent quality, the multi-award-winning wine portfolio and dry gin are now enjoyed across some of the world’s best venues, including Roof Thirty Nine.

Perfectly complementing our seasonal food menu featuring open-fire flavours, enjoy a glass of the very chic Mirabeau Pure Provence Rosé Very is bursting with refreshing notes of white peach, pear, zesty grapefruit and berries.

Prefer your gin on the pink side? We recommend trying Pink Rose Spritz. The Mirabeau Dry Gin takes inspiration from the abundance of botanicals growing wild on the brand's wine estate near Saint Tropez and works perfectly with Rose Lemonade and pink grapefruit.
