Make Fenwick part of your festive traditions with a visit to our magical grotto at our Kingston store from 22 November - 24 December 2023.

Immerse yourself in the magical Grotto – complete with Santa’s picture-ready sleigh, singing reindeers and cheeky elves who’ll invite you to get crafty.

Santa’s Grotto is open on selected dates in November and then daily throughout December. Tickets are £12.50 per person.

We have something new this Christmas: invite your friends and family to join you and book a slot (up to 6 people) for £55.

Tickets go on sale 12 October 2023.

What to expect

• Santa’s elves will be welcoming you on the Third Floor to check your tickets and lead you into our magical snowy forest with singing reindeer.
• Next up is Santa’s very own Christmas Craft Factory.
• Additional fun awaits in the workshop: here, Santa’s elves are busy building toys and sorting his letters. Will you help them out?
• Last but not least, you’ll be whisked away to meet the much-awaited man himself – there’s just enough time for a family picture moment in Santa’s sleigh.

Tickets are available to purchase from 10am on 12 October. Under 2s go free.

Terms & Conditions

Both Adult and Children's tickets are £12.50 each. Every guest must purchase a ticket. Children under 2 go free. On the day, please bring your printed tickets or have them available to view on your smart phone, together with a form of identification. Entire experience will take 30 - 45 minutes. There is a maximum of 6 guests per group, excluding under 2's. The experience is fully accessible. Children under 14 need to be accompanied by an adult. For more information, please see our FAQs here.
