These Milk Chocolate Truffles are made with Hepple Gin in this wonderful collaboration of two North East producers. The characteristic crisp freshness of Hepple, 'high fidelity' gin comes from the juniper berries from the wilds of Northumberland and their unique 'triple technique'. All this marries so very well with Davenport's smooth milk chocolate. Created by artisan Chocolatier Jane Williams, these chocolates are made by hand in small batches, each one hand-decorated and unique. Davenport's chocolate is sourced sustainably, with Cocoa Horizons.
