Hattingley Head Winemaker’s favourite wine to make. Subtle and delicate in colour, this is an elegant Rosé with a soft mousse and lovely red fruit aromas. On the palate, an abundance of strawberry and ripe crunchy red apple flavours, supported by a hint of toasty notes.
